Information you share
Clear Choice collects contact information and project details submitted through the website. Authorized workspace users can provide work-order information, messages, photographs, documents, receipts, and voice recordings. We use this information to respond to inquiries and coordinate requested services.
Workspace access
Accounts are invitation-only. Access depends on your role and assigned campuses. Staff may manage operations and documentation. Client users can access the campuses assigned to them. Passwords are stored as salted hashes; sign-in sessions use secure cookies.
Service providers and transcription
The service uses Cloudflare for hosting, database storage, private files, and optional AI transcription. Requesting a transcript sends the recording to Cloudflare’s speech-recognition service. Transcriptions may contain errors; confirm important details by listening to the recording. Staff may also use an authorized assistant to create draft work or commercial documents.
Retention and contact
Operational records are retained to support service history, business documentation, and applicable obligations. Completed and closed work orders remain archived. For access, correction, or deletion questions, contact Ryan.clearchoice@gmail.com. We do not sell your personal information.
Text and email preferences
Contact preferences help the team follow up about requested work. Checking text availability does not enroll you in a marketing subscription. Do not submit sensitive student, health, financial-account, or identity information through a general work-order description.
